Thermostat touch screen is unresponsive

Thermostat touch screen is unresponsive

If the touch screen is unresponsive, it may be a result of a cracked screen or the thermostat may be experiencing a different fault. Please be aware that physical damage incurred after you received the product is not covered by the product warranty.

Please contact Coldbuster, if you haven't already, where we will try to establish the nature of the fault. If the thermostat is under warranty and it is not a cracked screen, you will need to organise for an electrician to attend to remove the thermostat & make the wiring safe.

The thermostat should then be sent back to
Coldbuster Support
10/14 Rodborough Rd
Frenchs Forest NSW 2086.

Please include a reference to the Support Ticket number.

If the thermostat is still covered by warranty & is found to be at fault, we will then post a replacement thermostat back to you.

If it is not covered by warranty Coldbuster will contact you and assist with the purchase of a replacement thermostat.
