CB Smart2 flickering screen
The display screen of some CB Smart2 thermostats have been observed to flicker or stop functioning on rare occasions. This issue impacted a small number of units from a single shipment that was delivered in early 2023 with the issue being resolved in all subsequent shipments.
If you have a CB Smart2 thermostat that experiences a flickering screen or has stopped working please contact Coldbuster's product support where we will happily replace the faulty unit as long as it is within the warranty period.
The current stock of CB Smart2 thermostats are not impacted by this issue and all Coldbuster thermostats are covered by a 3 year product warranty.
