The heater won't turn off
If the heater is always on or the temperature will not go down then please follow the below steps
Set the thermostat into Manual Mode. This will override changes
Set the temperature to 10 degrees
Leave it for 12-24 hours
If the temperature drops then it may be a timer issue
disable the timers and setup again
Details of how to set timers can be found in the user guide for your thermostat
If the heater still does not turn off then please reset the thermosta back to it's factory default settings and test for 12-24 hours
If the heater still does not turn off then it may be a faulty thermostat. Please contact Coldbuster Support for further assistance.
